COVID-19 Announcement

New Operating Hours Due to COVID-19

The recent Executive Order signed by Governor McMaster does not apply to The Forrester Center because we are considered an "essential" business. We are however greatly limiting our hours of operation.

For new treatment and MAT referrals, we will continue to provide walk in assessments, Monday through Thursday, but spots will be limited to 2 assessments per day. Please inform referrals to arrive promptly at 8:30 with ID and insurance information and that spots will be limited to first come, first serve. You should continue to email referrals to pnewman@tfcbh.org and tmorris@tfcbh.org as usual.

Referrals already involved in treatment (including MAT) will continue engagement weekly through individual sessions utilizing available technology as allowed, (i.e. telehealth platforms, telephone, and virtual chats and mutual help groups). Case Management will continue as always and you will be notified monthly of client progress via emails from ucullen@tfchb.org.

PRI/ADSAP assessments will be limited to Monday and Wednesday mornings from 9-12 as walk-in only. However, OBI, PRI classes and DV classes will be cancelled until further notice. Anger Management and OBI will continue with sessions for those currently enrolled, via technology.

Adolescent Referrals will be scheduled on Tuesday mornings and adolescents already engaged in services will continue to be seen via technology.  Progress reports will continue to be emailed from the counselors and referrals can be emailed to aburrell@tfcbh.org.

We understand this is an inconvenience, but as always, we are striving to meet the needs of our community while providing a safe and healthy environment to do so.

You can contact us at 864 582-7588, Monday- Thursdays, between the hours of 8:30am and 3pm if you have questions.
