Medication Assisted Treatment
The Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program is designed to provide you with the best opportunity for recovery. The process is simple and straight-forward:

•    First you will receive a comprehensive assessment to determine your eligibility, individualized needs, and financial obligations. Treatment recommendations will be made at that time. Additionally, you will be asked to sign a “Consent to Participate” form.

•    You will then be referred to the MAT Case Manager who will admit you into the program, and follow your case throughout your time with us. The Case Manager will work with you to ensure all requirements for participation have been met.

•    Once approved, you will meet with our medical team to determine your course of medication. They will review your course, dosage, contraindications, and other information at that time.

This whole process should take about 7-14 days, depending on your individual situation.

Fees: If you do not have insurance, or are determined by our financial counselor to be underinsured or indigent, there are no fees associated with MAT including medication, medical appointments, or preliminary blood work and/or physicals. Please note that outpatient treatment fees are determined separately.

Medicaid will cover most of the costs; you will be responsible for any co-payments.

Private Insurance: Coverage will be evaluated through financial counseling.

IMPORTANT: Participation in your recommended outpatient treatment is an absolute requirement of the MAT Program.
