The Adolescent Services Department provides a wide variety of therapeutic options to meet the needs of adolescents in Spartanburg County.
These services are provided to adolescents between the ages of 12-18 and include substance use counseling for adolescents and families, behavioral health counseling, and group options through the outpatient and intensive outpatient groups. At the time of assessment, individuals will collaborate with the assessing clinician to determine what services will initially be best for their presenting needs. Once enrolled, treatment is an ongoing process that can include transitions and changes based on an individual’s needs and progressions through the treatment process. Understanding that people’s schedules require flexible options, initial assessments for adolescents can be provided during the walk-in hours or scheduled directly by contacting the agency at (864) 582-7588.
